It’s no secret that I love water, both real and in pictures. So I was thrilled when, on our walk on Friday afternoon, my son asked for the camera and proceeded to wade out into the middle of the creek to get me some good close up pictures of the flow.

I’m not sure if I’m out of words today, or just saving them up for Monday when I start really putting my nose to the grindstone and cranking out the content I’ve been procrastinating on for the last several weeks.

I always get a burst of energy around the turning of the seasons, and this week I’ve been really itching to get going and get things done. The speed of the flowing water really fits my mood these days, even though these photos don’t really capture just how fast the river was moving.

One of my goals this year is to live more in the flow instead of trying to structure every minute of every day. I’m very thankful that I have lots of flowing water around to keep me inspired and motivated.
