After the Book Sale

I went to a book sale at the library this morning. I’m not very good in crowds, and to say it was a feeding frenzy would be the understatement of the year! I couldn’t believe the pushing and shoving and rude people … guess I don’t get out much. :)

Oh well, I did manage to pick up a few books by authors I’ve been wanting to try before the heat and the close quarters got to me. Even better, I managed to get a few pictures outside afterward.

For more wonderful reflections, check out Weekend Reflections at James’ blog. And if you like green, there’s a new meme in town… Green Saturday hosted by Lady Hightower.

Have an awesome weekend!

The library’s light in the reflected tree sort of reminds me of the trees in your last post.

Thanks James. I’ve kinda had a thing for light and trees lately it seems. :)

Library sales can get a bit crazy, can’t they? But they are a great place to stock up and find new voices at bargain prices. Nice reflection shots, I really like the second one!

Thanks Kathy! Yeah they can get pretty crazy. I’m glad I was able to get something new to me. I’d have been a tad upset if I ended up coming away with nothing. :)

I could never understand how people can be so rude. I hate shopping in crowds.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. My son thinks I’m kind of naive because it really baffles me how people can be so inconsiderate of others.
